PERYON is a pioneer in building platforms, which contribute to employment and support professional development, serving to meet the requirements of professionals in the area of people management. The category of Satisfaction and Engagement looks at how companies improve the attitudes of their employees in short, medium and long term, raise their engagement levels, integrate their practices to address generational differences and verify the results with engagement surveys, and how these levels of engagement are reflected in business results.
