We would like to invite you all to our Presentation on Talent Exchange Program for more information on Wednesday, July 29th at 15:00 p.m.

Above is the announcement letter sent to the staff by the HR Department of a new generation company. "Have You Ever Listened to What You Hear?” is the topic of another interesting event of this company. Many other trainings such as these are encouraged in the company by the HR department. The goal is to increase the satisfaction and engagement of the employees through exchange of knowledge, talent and areas of interest. Considering that the company in the example was selected Türkiye’s best employer in its category in 2020, it must be acknowledged that the company owes this success to the HR strategy. It is of paramount importance for the economy to increase the number of companies which have adopted modern applications for sustainability in our country.

In companies, the transition from a mere personnel department to an HR Department is more than a conceptual one; it not only covers having good command of the administrative functions such as personnel and payroll services, but it also entails implementation of new and creative ideas in a wide perspective, ranging from recruitment to training, and employer brand to promotions. The HR Departments in these companies go well beyond organizing the roles and duties between the employees and the company, and are rather positioned as a department that plays a role in shaping management decisions and that seeks reasonable resolution to disputes. As researches show that employees who feel valued at work are more engaged to their company and colleagues, which increase productivity at work, new generation HR departments started to concentrate on projects to increase productivity and performance of the employees. HR departments working with this principle already started to think about continuous training, education and career development programs. This transformation has reached the point of creating environments for mental relaxation of the staff such as stress management workshops and meditation rooms. These programs aim to reduce burnout while ensuring physical and mental relaxation for more productive individuals. Without a doubt, the number of such new generation HR programs will continue to increase as best practices.
