During the past year, ESBAS developed and launched the Customer Communication Platform – CCP, ESBAS is focusing more on providing the right information to the right people in a timely manner and receiving customer feedback to improve operations.
This new, electronic customer relations program enables user companies to access the system through a link using their codes and passwords to update their contact information. The platform also provides the opportunity to view past and current electricity, water and telecoms service bills, as well as natural gas bills, which will be added to the system soon.
This year a special CCP link was added to the program. This is In line with our dedication for continuous improvement and the goal of raising the bar for service quality. More companies in the Aegean Free Zone are submitting their complaints and recommendations and requests for information. The platform offers a video to help users understand how to navigate through the system.
Upon the request of user company representatives, ESBAS organized an educational seminar on March 13 about how to use the CCP. Fifty representatives from 28 companies attended the seminar in the ESBAS Technology Center Conference Hall.
