Solution Partners and Suppliers of ESBAŞ met Aegean Free Zone Users at ESBAŞ Technology Center for the 3rd “We Know What We Eat in ESBAŞ” Event which organized by Aegean Free Zone Founder and Operator (ESBAŞ). 
On October 16, 2018, The event organized with the theme “We Care About your Health” and participants came together with the leading brands of the sector. One of the most important services of ESBAŞ which is product supply section of food production process has been told to participants with the criterias that are sought in the selection of suppliers and the daily prepared menus.
In the session “Ask the Expert“, ESBAŞ CEO Dr. Faruk GÜLER, Quality Assurance Manager Özüm KARABACAK and The General Manager of Tat Bakliyat answered the questions about the current issues and process of supplying products. At the event, Dr Murat URHAN who is the lecturer at Ege University, Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nutrition and Dietetics started with a session where he talked about the clues to adequate and balanced nutrition.  Tansu GÜNAR who is Total Quality Manager of Torku Meat and Meat Products made a presentation about reliable, hygienic and healty production related to meat and meat products. Naim Tınaz, Quality Assurance Manager of Erpiliç, shared his experiences and knowledge with the participants and answered the questions. Representatives of the sector expressed their pleasures for working with ESBAŞ by explaining strict audits of ESBAŞ in the procuts supply process and the high quality standards ESBAŞ seeks. They mentioned that thanks to these audits, they also had the chance to develop and change themselves. Dr. Kerem DÜNDAR who is the Founder of Neuro Health Brain Training Research Practices Center gave information to the participants about the effective use of the brain, current eating habits, success and technology.
