The ESBAS Industrial Park provides a wide variety of high quality, infrastructure-related services to every resident company within the Zone. A first-class network of roads traverses the Park, which is beautifully landscaped with carefully manicured lawns and lush vegetation. Unique and esthetically pleasing outdoor sculptures are tastefully placed within the Zone. Maintenance is impeccable.

Basic Services such as water, electricity, natural gas, internet, telephone, food service, loading and unloading, procurement of labor, trash and garbage collection, construction and maintenance are all available at fair and competitive rates.

Other basic services such as transportation, customs clearance, stock control, inventory reporting and port facilities are offered. Exhibition space, showrooms, seminar and meeting rooms as well as secretarial services are all available for our tenants at a reasonable cost.

Aid is offered in securing funding to expand technology-based firms and help secure new venture financing. Experienced ESBAS Research & Development staffers are in continual contact with part-time personnel agencies and with student placement departments at both graduate and undergraduate universities.
