Growth in User "sales and profitability" and "length of stay" are strong evidence of positive Zone performance. Yet, there can be no better testimonial to the value of investing in the ESBAS Industrial Park than when current tenants significantly expand their original investments.
Hugo Boss first established a 57,350 sq. meter facility in 2000. They have on a number of occasions increased the size of their investment to where today their facilities encompass 125,000 sq meters; and they now employ 3,500 workers.
Delphi Packard turned over its original 2,600 sq meter facility in 1997, and then constructed a brand new 40,000 square meter factory for themselves in 2002.
Recent major expansions have been undertaken by Hidromek (Automotive) in 2007 and again in 2009; by Mahle (Automotive) in 2008 (from 20,000 to 105,000 sqm); by Akzo Nobel (Chemicals) in 2006; and FTB-Lisi in 2004 and 2008 (from 630 sq. meters to 3,700 to 10,750 sq. meters). Other expanding companies are Flavortech, Safe Spice and Omega Electronic.
