Kaya Tuncer, a Turkish-American entrepreneur and mega-builder, has been the driving force behind ESBAS. He is recognized as an iconic figure in the growth of the modern Turkish Economy and in Turkey’s attracting record levels of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Tuncer’s many awards include: Top Turkish Businessman of the Year; The Ellis Island Medal of Honor; The Financial Times Middle East Personality of the Year; and the Advancement of Education in Turkey award by the Association of Turkish-American Scientists.
